Get to know more about My CP & Me with our e-magazine Disability Digest. Thanks to Disability Digest you can stay on top of everything new going on with My CP & Me, L.L.C. all in a fun and creative way. Just follow these steps to learn how to get started with your FREE subscription.

STEP 1: Fill out the form below to request to get your email address added to the distribution list for the magazine. If you have any issues filling out and submitting the form (or you just want another way to get on the distribution list) alternatively you can call or text us at 317-824-9524 or email us at support@mycpandme.org and a member of our team will be happy to assist you in getting on the list our team is available everyday (excluding holidays) 10 A.M. – 4 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

STEP 2: If you do use the form below our team will review your submission and get you added to the list. This process could take a few days or maybe even weeks to get you added since unfortunately, we do have to go in and add you manually (we check for submissions regularly, especially before releasing an edition of the magazine, so as long as you submit your information before a release there is a high probability you’ll receive the next release although we do not guarantee it we only guarantee you will receive the next release after we have sent you confirmation that you have been added to the distribution list) but if you haven’t heard back from us confirming your subscription after two weeks have past since submitting this form please feel free to contact us to make sure we have received your submission. Usually, we get your submission and get you added to the list in just a few days because even though we have to add you manually to the list we are notified when you submit the form below. The only reason we ask you to wait a few weeks before contacting us is just in case our team has a lot of requests to go through. (normally we get you added in a few days)

STEP 3 After we get you added to the list (regardless of how we are initially contacted) our team will send you an email from support@mycpandme.org confirming you have now successfully been added to the distribution list and will begin receiving the magazine beginning on the next issue following confirmation. If you did sign up for Disability Digest there is nothing more you need to do (except add our email support@mycpandme.org to your address book or safe sender list to ensure our magazine isn’t blocked by spam filters). However, if you did not request to be added to the distribution list and believe we may have added you in error you have our sincerest apologies please respond to the confirmation email you received and inform us of the error and we will get you removed. After we remove your email address from the list we will send you one final email just confirming you have been removed from the distribution list and that you will no longer receive emails relating to Disability Digest

All emails about Disability Digest will come from support@mycpandme.org so be sure to check your spam folder and add this email address to your safe sender list. All editions will be released on the 1st of the month unless circumstances outside of our control prevent us from sending the magazine as scheduled if an alternate schedule is ever needed there will be a post about the temporary change on our social media pages. Magazine release times may vary but we do guarantee it will be in the morning (A.M.) hours of the recipient’s local timezone. Thank you for your interest in Disability Digest
